What production is included?
LED walls, intelligent lighting system, DJ stage and sound system, fog machines, CO2 jets, cold spark sessions, and mobile lighting rigs — all operated by our professional team. No separate AV vendors needed.
Is HDC an open-vendor venue?
Yes. HDC is an open-vendor venue — your clients are free to bring their own DJ, caterer, florist, photographer, and any other vendors. We charge zero vendor fees. We also have a preferred vendor network if you'd like recommendations.
What's the planner liaison process?
Once booked, you're assigned a dedicated planner liaison who handles all venue coordination, timeline management, and technical setup. They're your single point of contact.
Is there a payment plan available?
Yes. We offer flexible payment plans. Typically a 25–30% deposit secures the date, with milestone payments leading up to the event. Details are discussed during your consultation.
Can we schedule site visits with clients?
Absolutely. We accommodate private venue tours for your clients Monday through Saturday. We can also prepare custom proposals with your branding.
What are the parking arrangements?
Hollywood Design Complex features private on-site parking for 250 vehicles — completely free for your guests. Optional valet service is available as an add-on.
